7.4 Earthquake in New Zealand

Many of you have woke up to news stating there was a 7.4 earthquake in the Canterbury region of New Zealand. There are no reported deaths as of this moment, but there was extensive damage in the CBD of Christchurch.
Our heart goes out to those affected by this earthquake. Be safe.

New PP Preview #2 and Planned Downtime Announcement

The work on the big birthday reveal is nearing completion. We've posted another preview for you guys to unveil over at http://www.pokeplushies.com/preview.php - if you look carefully at the image once revealed, you might find some hints about some of the cool new features we're releasing
Now might be a good time to mention that one of the changes we're making is new forums and a new login system. This means that we actually need to take the site down for an entire day to get everything moved over.
Pokeplushies will be down for up to 24 hours starting 2pm Friday 10th September
We will have updates on the main page, and will be doing a live stream for some of the day.
When the site comes up from the downtime, the forums will be the new forum system. The old forums (these ones) will still be accessible, but you will not be able to post. If you want to take any important posts over to the new forum, we suggest you begin saving the contents of these posts into text files so you can easily repost them in the new forums.

Dirt Digger is next to receive an update, and with this comes its own NPC, Jim. He really loves digging in the dirt. It weirds Crowley out.
While digging in the dirt you might find some very old socks. They're either prehistoric socks that Cylins loved eating or Cyde's discarded washing.
Jim's buddy, Crowley, can use magic on these socks. Rumour has it that if you provide the correct combination of socks, he will be able to summon a cylin from the past! This service does come with a 5 YBC fee though.
Perhaps the summoned cylin will also come with a pet? If you're lucky, however.

First off the production line is the Xavora. A lava beast you can find in the cash shop.
Next, we have the adorable Loclaw. Look at that face! You can find your very own in the shopping district!
And finally. There's the delicious looking Candy Kiro. These chaps can be found hanging around the Pound!
